A private education at a public school cost: qualifying students’ SPU tuition and fees will be equal to or less than that of their state’s flagship public university.

• Resident of Washington, Oregon, California, or Hawaii
• A 3.7-3.89 GPA (unweighted) and test scores (SAT 1270+ or ACT 27+), or a 3.9-4.平均绩点(未加权)
